An Evening of Sharing, Support and Commitment … to Yourself!
This event is sponsored by and located at the beautiful new Arjenix Medspa in Newport Beach and proceeds from this event will be donated to NAMI OC (National Alliance on Mental Illness – Orange County) to benefit the lives of people living in our community with mental illness.
Dress comfortably for an evening dedicated to yourself and other women just like you! Relax and mingle while enjoying refreshments. Then we’ll do an activity together that involves each of us sharing a challenge or hardship she is experiencing (in a safe, confidential space), get support & advice from other women in attendance, and then commit to an action to help yourself with your situation. It will be an impactful, symbolic and hopefully inspiring evening of female community, shared experiences, new perspectives, and my favorite … Self-empowerment and action!
Schedule:
5:00 PM – Arrival & Mingle w/refreshments
5:30 PM – SSC (Share, Support, Commit) Activity Begins
6:50 PM – Activity Ends
7:00 PM – Goodbyes and Depart
