A multi-month program tailored to the specific needs of your employees. Designed by quarter, programming starts at 3 months, and may last up to a year. For companies with higher turnover or those seeking to support contract employees who “roll” on and off projects, programming may be ongoing.

We partner closely with leadership and HR to identify emerging concerns, cultural patterns, and opportunities for growth. The program includes grounding and mindfulness exercises, team based wellness challenges, and access to specialized speakers or coaches when needed. Each component is designed to strengthen connection, reduce stress, and build resilience across the organization. The long term structure allows for ongoing evaluation and refinement, ensuring the program evolves alongside the company’s needs.
